MIKE PIANTEDOSI, PRESIDENT

Mike is the President and co-founder of ULTRA Company, which he launched with his wife, Victoria, in 1988. He leads the firm’s strategic operations and partnerships with a clear philosophy: Building Trust and Delivering Excellence. That guiding principle has shaped ULTRA’s evolution from a residential renovation business into a recognized general contractor known for complex, high-quality builds and lasting client relationships.
A Boston native, Mike discovered his passion for construction through the connection between people and the places they inhabit. Transforming older structures into modern spaces sparked his belief in how the built environment can improve everyday life. His experience as a retired Fire Department Captain honed his leadership, trust, and teamwork — values that now define ULTRA’s culture and standards.
Mike remains hands-on in daily operations, particularly within ULTRA’s High-Security Facilities Division, overseeing specialized SCIF design/build projects. As a first responder to the Pentagon on 9/11, he brings a personal sense of mission to projects that support the nation’s critical security infrastructure.
Despite his executive role, Mike is frequently on-site, ensuring that his team, subcontractors, and partners embody ULTRA’s promise to every client: to build with integrity and deliver excellence, every time.
