Façade and building renovation, including the redesign and construction of multiple building entrances to modernize and reposition a large warehouse/office property. Work included structural demolition; new structural steel and concrete; curtain wall and storefronts; EIFs; and construction of new vestibules for multi-tenant layout. The building exterior was cleaned and coated.
