Scope of Work

• Demolition of door/frame/partition for large operable opening; removal of existing millwork benches, fireplace/surround, lighting, and flooring.

New Construction & Systems 

• Furnish/install NANAWALL operable glass wall system.
• New fireplace and architectural surround.
• Custom millwork with solid-surface tops; custom shelving with recessed lighting.
• Acoustics: NOVAWALL fabric acoustic panels above chair rail to control reverberation.
• Lighting: Buzzipleat LED pendants arranged in a cloud formation (Tavern); pendant and monorail lighting (Kitchen Table) with dimming controls.

Resident-First Protocols

• Dust/noise containment during structural opening and glazing installation; finish protection in adjacent dining areas; egress maintained at all times.
